For Homeowners

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Log in to your account, go to "Requests" and click "New Request". Fill out the form with details about your issue, add photos if needed, and submit.
How do I track my request status?
You can view all your requests and their current status from your dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications when the status changes.
Can I cancel a scheduled appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule appointments from the request details page. Please try to give at least 24 hours notice.

For Handymen

How do I join as a service provider?
Click "Get Started" and select "I'm a handyman". Complete the registration process including your business details and verification.
How do I receive job requests?
Once verified, you'll receive job requests in your inbox based on your service area and specialties. You can accept or decline each request.
How do I get paid?
After completing a job, create an invoice through the platform. Homeowners can pay securely online, and funds are deposited to your account.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details.
How do refunds work?
If there's an issue with a service, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with both parties to resolve the issue and process refunds if needed.

Scheduling

How far in advance can I schedule?
You can schedule appointments up to 30 days in advance. For urgent issues, many service providers offer same-day or next-day availability.
What if the handyman doesn't show up?
Contact us immediately if a scheduled appointment is missed. We'll help reschedule and address the issue with the service provider.

Account & Privacy

How do I update my account information?
Go to Settings in your dashboard to update your profile, contact information, and notification preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 30 days.
